We use the Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodology to provide our clients with a virtual model that facilitates collaboration between different areas, as well as space management, interference identification, change control, resource estimation and planning. This method accelerates project delivery while ensuring optimal results that meet the client's needs.

OUR CEO AND FOUNDER
We work under the direction of our founder and CEO José Antonio Ramírez-Wiella (Pepe Wiella), civil engineer with a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Technological University of Mexico, specialist in Project Management (PMI) and BIM Manager.

He has more than 20 years in the coordination of engineering, design, execution and supervision; control and monitoring of work, project management (PMI), executive reports, work programs, construction procedures, procurement, contracts, health and safety (HSE), work teams, payment of estimates, supplier management, union and Capex for public and private works, in the stationery industry, real estate, retail, real state, government agencies, among others.
